Grounding, Connected, Nourishing

Fun Fact/Talent:
I love painting abstract paintings on large canvases and have even sold a few!

When Beth first began practicing yoga, she learned quickly that its purpose was to guide her back to a feeling of home within herself each and every time she stepped onto her mat. Beth completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 and at the start of 2020, immersed herself in the ancient teachings of the practice through 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India with a focus on trauma-informed yoga, Ayurveda, and honoring the sacredness of yoga’s roots. In 2024, Beth earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from GWU, integrating the powerful tools of breathwork and mindfulness into her heart-centered counseling approach.

Through teaching yoga and her work as a counselor, Beth strives to facilitate self-study, or Svadhyaya in Sanskrit, holding space for students and clients to inquire within, live with greater intention and awareness, and tend to the ever changing needs of their body, mind, and heart. Beth’s classes have been described as grounding, connected, and nourishing, and she is deeply passionate about encouraging students to carry their practice into their daily lives and communities…yoga off the mat.
