The Ritual of Flow


Rooted in classic sequencing and timeless yogic principles, our vinyasa style invites you to move with breath, cultivate heat, and restore balance—leaving your body steady and your mind clear.

Power & Strength

Designed to build power and stability using controlled movement and functional conditioning. These classes support stronger muscles, healthier joints, and the long-term resilience your body needs to move well beyond the studio.

Alchemy of Deep Rest

For burnout, busy minds, and anyone carrying too much, these classes reset in the truest sense. Cozy props and unhurried support, you’ll settle into long-held postures that let your system loosen, and your whole body remember what ease feels like.

Infrared Heated Classes

Our healing infrared heat supports strength-building flow and deep mobility without the heaviness of traditional hot rooms. Warmth works with your body here - easing tightness, boosting circulation, endurance & giving you the perfect sweaty glow :). OurWednesday Infrared class also includes healing Red Light throughout the practice.

Our Intro Month Membership let’s you try out all of these signature classes (in person in the studios, zoom and even gives you access to our video library) to build your perfect routine.
