These thoughtfully guided classes invite you to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect in one of Washington, DC’s most breathtaking and sacred spaces. Classes are held throughout the year beneath soaring vaulted ceilings and luminous stained glass, and outside in the Cathedral’s peaceful, wooded amphitheater.
