I am a yoga teacher who is passionate about creative sequencing that allows

students to drop out of their thinking minds and into their feeling, intuitive bodies. I have been practicing yoga for over half of my life. I first came to my mat while recovering from a tennis injury, only to find it as a means through which I could process grief after the loss of my father. I began my journey primarily in the Baptiste Methodology, but have a breadth of experience through practicing different forms of yoga across the U.S. and the world: Ann Arbor, Madrid, Chicago, Austin, Buenos Aires, Columbus, and now back in D.C. where it all began in 2007.
