It was love that brought Jessica to D.C. in June 2015, and it is love that constantly inspires her, its teachings are at the heart of each of her classes. Jessica’s been spreading her flavor of love since completing her first teacher training in Brooklyn in 2011 with her teachers Leigh Evans and Summer Quashie. Her creative, intelligent approach to asana, clear verbal cues and enthusiasm will empower you to confidently find proper alignment in each pose, strengthening both body and soul—and she’ll likely encourage you to have fun while doing it.

An international instructor, no matter where Jessica teaches she creates a supportive environment, enabling you to become more fully present. Jessica brings the knowledge she’s gained from over 1000 hours in yoga training and is also an author, Reiki Master, breathwork facilitator, tarot reader and is currently studying astrology.

What I love about Flow:
I love teaching at Flow because of how welcoming and accepting the community is. Even if you don't know anyone in your class, there is always a feeling like we are all in class, all in this life together, just trying to figure it out. Sometimes the support is loud, sometimes more silent, but it's always there :)
