Inauguration Day is a powerful time for all of us to come together, contemplate and ignite. How can we be, create, and sustain change for the wellbeing of everyone in the year to come? What do we want our world to look like and how can we help co-create our vision through our actions and relationships?
Our co-working space on P Street, workFlow, will be open from 9-5. Drop by for some hot tea & community and a welcoming space to work, create, and dream. Bring your journal, a side project, or even your supplies for vision boarding and come hang out with us! The day will also be filled with wonderful opportunities to practice together as a community of movers, shakers, and change-makers. Keep watching this page for updates on events during Jan 20 & 21st!

SCHEDULE FOR Saturday JANUARY 21st
We will be offering an abbreviated schedule on Saturday, January 21st for those of you who would like to attend class. We are also coordinating with local studios and the wellness /yoga community and friends to meet at Flow on 1450 P Street NW before the Women's March on Washington on Saturday morning where we will gather and distribute posters. Please take a moment to read the FAQs so you are prepared for Saturday.
9am : Meet up at Flow Yoga Center outside near the Buddha Wall at 1450 P Street NW. It is a great initial meeting spot- you can grab food & provisions at the market or Starbucks etc. Together, along with MC Yogi and Amanda Giacomini we will get centered, ready for the march, and distribute signs. Then, we'll journey to a meeting spot near Union Station where we will meet up with Seane Corn and friends. Depending on the traffic /weather we will walk the 30 minute walk together or coordinate ubers/cab/bus down to our meeting spot. PLEASE BE THERE EARLY- THE PLAN IS TO LEAVE AT 9AM.
10am: Our meet up point will be Lower Senate Park at 10am with Seane Corn, Kerri Kelly and friends in the wellness community from all over the country. We'll do a brief grounding meditation and then head up to hear the speakers and join the other people marching. We can be identified wearing a pin with the graphic below (available to anyone who joins us!). If you are coming alone, or unfamiliar with the city, or concerned about violence or aggression because of your religion, gender, color etc. Please walk with us! All are welcome! These huge gatherings can be intimidating, but please don't let that stop you from marching and being heard. Join us!!
