Yoga can help with everything from anxiety and depression to better sleep, lower stress levels, and chronic pain relief, research shows. Practitioners also report feeling more flexible & stronger inside and out. Try at least two classes each week to start experiencing the benefits of a steady practice

Get strong & sweat! Stoke your inner power, heat, flexibility and stillness. These faster-paced sweaty flows will leave you feeling strong, flexible and balanced.

Slow it down and stretch it out. Balance the intensity of urban life with classes that move at a more natural pace and nourish strength wisely. You’ll leave feeling soothed and uplifted.

The perfect place to begin…and to strengthen or fine-tune the foundation of your existing practice.

Relax & quiet your mind (also great for beginners). Cultivate calmness, relieve aches, and soothe your soul in tranquil sessions that are designed to leave you refreshed.

Outdoors

Outdoor classes are open to everyone! For your specific class location, click “View Details” for any class on our class schedule… most are at House of the Temple (1733 16th St. NW) - just a few minute’s walk from our studios!

Livestream & REPLAY

Join your favorite Flow teachers anytime anywhere via Zoom.com! Reservations can be made up to 10 minutes before class begins, and links will be emailed to you automatically just before class. Can’t make it live? No worries. You’ll also get a post-class recording good for 48-hours after class.

Class Levels


All Levels 

The perfect place to begin… or to return again for a fresh perspective. Gain comfort and confidence in something new, or strengthen the foundations of your existing practice. These classes cater to everyone from the absolute beginner to the most advanced - all are welcome!
 

Intermediate+

Have some experience and ready for the next step? These mixed-level classes offer intelligent options & variations that allow everyone - from budding intermediate to advanced yogis - to all explore & progress together. Expect creative sequencing and mindful alignment cues as you deepen your practice both physically and spiritually.  Comfort in All Levels classes is recommended. 

Advanced

Designed for experienced yogis, and intermediate students ready to explore more. Expect a practice with advanced poses and (often) a deeper dive into yoga philosophy, breath work, meditation, mantra and more! Comfort in Intermediate+ classes is recommended.


🔥 Warm & Hot Classes

We elevate the temperatures in our "warm" and "hot" classes with eco-friendly infrared heating panels - to provide the perfect blend of heat, moisture and fresh clean air. Temps for our "warm" classes run from low to mid 80s, and for "hot" classes from upper 80s to low 90s - based on the season and teacher's discretion.

These classes will be clearly marked as "warm" or "hot" on our schedule. For both of these classes, we strongly encourage you to bring a towel (or rent one from Flow) to enjoy a safer, slip-free experience.
