Our Yoga Fundamentals Series is perfect for absolute beginners and anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice.

5 week yoga fundamental series

A steady yoga practice will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace.   

If you've been wondering what all the yoga buzz is about, and looking for the right moment to finally jump in and find out, this 4-week series is for you. 

Classes are taught by our experienced teachers in a semi-private setting that is limited  to 10 students to ensure everyone gets personalized, hands-on attention.

Each week will introduce a new series of yoga poses, teach the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, and connect poses and breath in moving meditation. All classes conclude with blissful relaxation and seated meditation.

The course will build progressively on lessons learned in previous weeks and will prepare you to step confidently into any of Flow's Level 1 classes. You'll even receive a free yoga class so you can practice your new skills at Flow! 

Yoga Fundamentals typically sells out quickly. It is offered a few times each year at the studio and we recommend making a reservation in advance to guarantee space.
