Our aim at workFlow has always been opportunity, access, and support for finding balance between your work, your life, & the wellness practices that support it all.

In that spirit, we are creating this space with those moments in mind when the opportunity to participate live in a wellness break isn't possible. We can't wait to fill this space with a library of engaging e-breaks: guided meditations to suit your mood & nurture your intention, short yoga breaks that don't require a change of clothes (or even moving from your computer), and more!
