Private Session

Private sessions are a great way to meet your individual needs for body-mind health, relaxation and stress management. Sessions can take place in our studios, an office or your home and are led by our senior teachers.

If you're new to yoga, have a physical condition that needs special attention, or you would just like to have a specialized consultation regarding your personal practice we highly recommend private sessions.  

In-studio, 1 hour private - $110 
On location 1 hour private - $150

Rates may be adjusted based on frequency, # of students, teacher travel, membership discounts etc.

 A private yoga session allows for a more intimate view into your personal practice. You can begin a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern. Sessions are completely customizable based on your goals.

Meditation improves our overall well-being by developing inner-peace, compassion and wisdom. Through the use of basic yet fundamental exercises, we learn to how to cultivate awareness and accept all of life's challenges. 


FLOW FIT/Personal Training

Work one-on-one with an experienced Flow Fit teacher to enhance strength, balance, conditioning and coordination through a blend of cardio, yoga, strength training and encouragement.


Pilates strengthens and elongates muscles by using your own body weight, gravity and props through controlled exercises. Pilates helps improve posture, increase lung capacity, and develop strong, sculpted muscles. 


Whether you are a couple preparing for your wedding or looking for solo training, a private dance instruction is a great way to build confidence in your dance steps! We offer tango, salsa, waltz, mambo, samba, freestyle and more.


Thai Yoga Therapy

Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient system of healing with its roots in yoga and Buddhist spiritual practice. This unique and complete system of yoga therapy combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting, deep stretching and meditation.


In the comfort of the hands of a certified Jivamukti yoga teacher, you are guided in each and every movement throughout the entire experience of a populated yoga class. The teacher's hands almost never seem to leave your body as they skillfully make minor or major adjustments to the physical form.

Yamuma Body Rolling

 Yamuna Body Rolling is a therapeutic self-care practice that uses different sized balls to release tight muscles, tendons, and fascia in order to restore muscles to their full length and functionality, and create space in the joints. YBR helps increase flexibility and range of motion, improve posture and alignment, and decrease pain caused by tight muscles and tissue restrictions.
