Beginners Yoga Series
Our Intro to Yoga Series is perfect for absolute beginners and anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice.
Never tried yoga before? We know how intimidating it can be to try something new so we’re going to make sure you feel comfortable & welcome. We know you’ll love our Intro to Yoga teacher too - this is his absolute favorite class to teach. Plus….after class, the hot tea and animal crackers are on us!
A steady yoga practice will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace.
All our Intro to Yoga classes are taught by our experienced teachers who love teaching, in a semi-private setting that is limited to 10 students to ensure you’ll personalized, hands-on attention.
Each week will introduce a new series of yoga poses, teach the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, and connect poses and breath in moving meditation. All classes conclude with blissful relaxation and seated meditation.
The series will prepare you to step confidently into any of Flow's Level 1 classes.
Yoga Fundamentals typically sells out quickly. It is offered a few times each month at the studio and we recommend making a reservation in advance to guarantee space.
