Flow Yoga Center’s corporate wellness programs span fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and wellbeing with the goal of strengthening individual, team, and organizational performance.
Our offerings blend wellness & science with proven professional development programs to build more powerful players in your organization. We offer a mix of both individual- and community-based options to incent health and cohesion across teams while increasing personal wellness and professional acumen.
Our offerings can be held in your offices, corporate conferences, conventions & retreats. Many clients come to our beautiful studios for a full or half day corporate retreats.

Flow Yoga Center first opened its doors in 2004 and has since been named “Best Yoga Studio” by Washington City Paper and Washingtonian, welcoming 2000 visitors per week to two studios in Logan Circle. Workplace Wellness Programs
For less money then a company “happy hour” these sessions will help you build lasting positive change in your staff’s wellbeing and work satisfaction.
Sample programs are below. We are happy to customize a special program focused on the unique needs of employees as individuals and team members – and also intrinsically tied to your organizational culture and mission.
Fees may vary based on #, supplies, travel costs & yoga mat rental. Sessions typically are 50 min to 1 hour. For the biggest impact we recommend creating a Wellness Series by choosing 4 or more options and you’ll receive a 10% discount. This could be applied to weekly classes too. We’ll help you with fliers & staff attendance motivation tips too!
Mindfulness Meditation Series
Improve your team's overall health, happiness and well-being. Our signature 5 Week Program, Mindful Skills, introduces accessible scientifically proven methods & practices that will help your team thrive. Taught in small or large groups your staff will learn to increase teamwork, mental focus, enthusiasm and creativity while decreasing their stress levels and reducing burnout and fatigue.
Leading Through Transformation
Leading Through Transformation is a six-month, cohort-based program, including executive coaching, leadership development courses, and physical and mindfulness courses. Flow Yoga Center offers this program in collaboration with The Clearing, a boutique management consulting firm in Washington, D.C. The Clearing has conducted leadership development programs and courses with, among others, the Maryland Department of Transportation and other state and local government entities, American Petroleum Institute and other associations, a leading automotive manufacturer, academia, and several non-profit organizations dedicated to transitioning military veterans.
Relax and Renew
Our popular restorative yoga class is perfect for all levels of practitioner and will give staff the stress relief they need to refresh and renew.
Yoga At Your Desk
Learn a few tricks your chair and desk can do for your wellbeing! Combat stiff neck, bad posture and sitting disease! We’ll teach your staff how to be more productive and happy at work by taking a few minutes in their day to stretch and breath.
Who needs caffeine? Rejuvenate your employees naturally with an energetic yoga flow. Build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength in this well rounded, all levels class.
Meditation improves our overall well-being by increasing focus and clarity and developing inner-peace. These sessions will introduce practices for home and office.
Teaches valuable defensive and safety skills in order to prevent and survive incidents of violence.
Vino and Vinyasa
Our signature 60 minute class experience followed by a wine tasting and community building - great for holiday parties and special events.
Essential Oils Playshop (our most popular offering for conferences & health fairs!!)
Have you ever tried a sniff of peppermint to relieve a headache? Rosemary, to help you focus? Or how about a few drops of lavender on your feet for a good night's sleep? Essential oils have been used for centuries for emotional support, health, and overall well-being. Learn about how to use them and make your own personal samples to take home!
