Teacher Training Graduate Feedback

Our program is  in its 8th year.  Our graduates are teaching throughout DC and beyond -- in studios, corporations, private sessions and two of them have even opened their own yoga centers!   Current Flow teachers who have graduated our training program include:  Greg Marzullo, Leah Kalinosky, Caroline Weaver, Sierra Weaver, Cory Bryant, Jen Rak, Joline McGoldrick, and Scott Carson!

When I registered for Flow Yoga's teacher training I was only interested in deepening my personal practice. The training helped me to uncover my own unique voice, create intentions in my daily life, and sequence in a way that was both creative and smart. When I finished, I couldn't wait to share the joy of yoga through my teaching. Flow is a place for you to grow as both a student and a teacher with the best of guides.  Mary Beth LaRue

Flow's 200-hour teacher training was a transformative experience -- a friendly environment where I was supported, challenged, and encouraged to explore and find my own voice. I immersed myself in all the program had to offer and emerged with a well-rounded foundation for my ongoing yogic education that has sparked a lifelong passion for study, practice, and teaching. I am so grateful!  Caroline Weaver

Teacher training at Flow was truly transformational - it transformed not just my yoga study but the direction of my life!  The training is completely comprehensive, covering everything from yoga philosophy to flowing vinyasa, sequencing to sanskrit, anatomy to assisting. The guest teachers are full of knowledge and experience, giving the training a rich fullness and providing each trainee with a rare and unique experience. It prepared me to be the teacher and leader that I am today and i am eternally grateful to Debra and all the teachers at Flow. - Carissa Ciuca, Breathing Room Owner/Director, www.breathingroomme.com  carissaciucayoga.tumblr.com
