Private Session Choices
A private yoga session allows for a more intimate view into your personal practice. In a one on one session you can begin a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern. Sessions are also available for small groups.
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Meditation improves our overall well-being by developing inner-peace, compassion and wisdom. Through the use of basic yet fundamental exercises, we learn to how to cultivate awareness and accept all of life's challenges.
FLOW FIT/Personal Training
Work one-on-one with an experienced Flow Fit teacher to enhance strength, balance, conditioning and coordination through a blend of cardio, yoga, strength training and encouragement.
Pilates strengthens and elongates muscles by using your own body weight, gravity and props through controlled exercises. Pilates helps improve posture, increase lung capacity, and develop strong, sculpted muscles.
Thai Yoga Bodywork

Yamuma Body Rolling
Yamuna Body Rolling is a therapeutic self-care practice that uses different sized balls to release tight muscles, tendons, and fascia in order to restore muscles to their full length and functionality, and create space in the joints. YBR helps increase flexibility and range of motion, improve posture and alignment, and decrease pain caused by tight muscles and tissue restrictions.
