Manisha’s receptive presence creates a safe environment for students to access their bodies, explore their minds, and enter into the wisdom space of their own hearts. Students can expect a flow inclusive of strong alignment principles, breathwork, and meditation. Manisha has been a practitioner and student of yoga and Buddhism for many years. She has immense gratitude toward her practice for reminding her of the nature of impermanence and the power of presence. As an occupational therapist and an early childhood professional for many years, Manisha has a special interest in therapeutics, working with prenatal students as they prepare their minds and bodies for childbirth, and working with parents and their young babies. She has completed two 200 hour teacher trainings, one in the Anusara tradition and one vinyasa flow training as well as a prenatal teacher training with Yoga For Two. Manisha is also a Certified Infant Touch and Massage Instructor trained through the International Institute of Infant Massage. She studies, practices, and teaches in Washington DC.
