New To Yoga
Did you know Flow offers over 80 class offerings a week that you can choose from? Classes specifically designed for absolute beginners to the most advanced yogi; classes that spend time focusing on alignment; classes that tap into your inner athlete and dancer; classes to help you release stress and ones to help you increase strength. To help you navigate our styles and levels, we encourage you to read on and of course, give us a ring should you need additional assistance.
If you are brand new to yoga, welcome! Yoga's benefits include a strong and flexible body, increased focus, and a calm mind. We recommend starting with our classes geared towards beginners including our signature class called Yoga Fundamentals which we offer 4 times a week. We also frequently offer a workshop series called Setting The Foundations that welcomes beginners. You can also take a look at all of our class offerings including full descriptions and levels to get a good sense of what will be best for you.

How To Attend Our Classes
Ready to take a class? Simple view our schedule and choose your class. If you are new to Flow you may purchase our new student special 2 classes for $20 or 1 month of unlimited classes for $50. You may do this using our online reservation system or by visiting the studio. If you chose to purchase it in person, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your class start time in order to purchase your pass, and to get familiar with Flow! New Students before coming to Flow for the first time, always refer to Studio and Class Tips to find out what to bring, what to wear and to get better acquainted with our center.
After Your First Class
All classes at Flow are drop-in -- no reservations are required, though we recommend getting to the studio at least 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to ensure a space. Alternatively, you may chose to make a reservation, using our online reservation system to reserve and pay, and to check out who is teaching so you save time when you arrive at Flow ready for class. Reservation cancellations must be done by you, using the online reservation system or by calling us up to 30 minutes before class or your pass will charged. Online reservations still must arrive before class begins to secure your space. If the reservation system is full, no worries, we always leave spaces available in each class for drop ins! Please arrive 20 minutes early to ensure a space.
