The Art of Alignment

This class focuses on how to advance your practice through greater detail to alignment. You will discover how to engage optimally, work more effectively, and find physical ease in your practice - all with the aim of aligning with your unique muscular, skeletal and energetic blueprint. Developed by Anna McGlew and Megan Davis, this class is based on applied anatomy and kinesiology and draws upon many different schools of yoga, structural integration, myofascial release and movement therapies. Emphasis is placed on longer held poses, core strength, flexibility, balance & concentration.  (Levels 1 and higher)
