Welcome to Flow
Did you know Flow offers over 90 classes each week. We have an amazing range of offerings, designed for absolute beginners to the most advanced yogis -- and everything in between. We have classes that focus on alignment; classes that tap into your inner athlete and dancer; classes to help you release stress and ones to help you increase strength. To help you navigate our styles and levels, we encourage you to read on and of course, give us a ring should you need additional assistance.
If you are brand new to yoga, welcome! Yoga's benefits include a strong and flexible body, increased focus, and a calm mind. We recommend starting with our classes geared towards beginners including our signature class called Yoga Fundamentals which we offer 4 times a week. We also frequently offer a workshop series called Setting The Foundations that welcomes beginners. You can also take a look at all of our class offerings including full descriptions and levels to get a good sense of what will be best for you.

How To Attend A Class
Ready to take a class? If you're new to Flow, we encourage you first to pick up our Welcome to Flow Special - $35 for Your 1st Month! pass. It's less than the price of just 2 regularly priced drop-in classes, and will give you a full month to immerse yourself in everything we offer -- over 90 classes each week, which you can check out in our online schedule. Once you have a pass, definitely make a reservation online as classes often sell out, and an online reservation will guarantee you a space -- just be sure to show up before class start time to keep your reservation. ;)
Most people find that it's simplest to purchase passes & make reservations online, but please feel free to do it in person too. If that works better for you, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your class start time so that you can get check in, relax and give yourself some unhurried time to get familiar with Flow.
