Welcome to Flow! We offer over 100 classes per week with teachers widely recognized as the best in DC.  We have an amazing range of offerings, designed for absolute beginners to the most advanced yogis -- and everything in between.  We have classes that focus on alignment; classes that tap into your inner athlete and dancer; classes to help you release stress and ones to help you increase strength.  To help you navigate our styles and levels, we encourage you to read on and of course, contact us at your convenience if there's anything we can do for you.

Which Classes Are Best for Beginners?
If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with classes geared towards beginners including our signature Yoga Fundamentals 5 Week Series which will provide you a great introduction to basic yoga poses & healthy alignment in a small group with an excellent teacher.  If a drop in class is more your style, you can also take a look at our full list of class offerings to get a good sense of which class will work for you.  Beginners also love our  Hatha Yoga I, Gentle Yoga, Harmony Restorative Yoga, Meditation plus any of our other "all levels" classes -- including Pilates, Yin Yoga and Afro-Brazilian Dance.  Finally - if you are dealing with any special conditions - consider our Yoga Therapy group class or even a private yoga session!

Like to Give Yoga a Try?

Please be our guest.  If you're new to Flow, we encourage you first to pick up our Welcome to Flow Special - $45 for Your 1st Month! pass. It's less than the price of just 2 regularly priced drop-in classes, and will give you a full month to immerse yourself in everything we offer -- over 90 classes each week, which you can check out in our online schedule.  Once you have a pass, definitely make a reservation online as classes often sell out, and an online reservation will guarantee you a space -- just be sure to show up before class start time to keep your reservation. ;)

Most people find that it's simplest to purchase passes & make reservations online, but please feel free to do it in person too.  If that works better for you, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your class start time so that you can get check in, relax and give yourself some unhurried time to get familiar with Flow.
