Yoga is described as the cessation of the whirling and twirling of thought, to reveal who we really are - the essence of Love that exists within the Universe and All Beings.  In this vinyasa workshop 'Love School', we will explore how our Sadhana, Practice, illuminates Spirit allowing us to connect deeply with Life and with those around us - this Union makes us a Powerful Force of Love in this world. We will Celebrate the Timeless practice of Raja Yoga, through the garland of the Eight Limbs of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra as the way to liberate our Radiant Soul to Absolute Freedom and Ecstatic Joy! 
Session 2: The Lotus Dances out of the Mud with Dana Flynn The Lotus has always been a powerful symbol of Awakening. The incredible journey of the stunning Lotus starts in the mud and yet not a trace of mud remains on the Lotus once it has blossomed. The Lotus is our boundless Creative Potential - our LOVE Power. In this vinyasa workshop, we will experience directly the ways  in which we can encourage and inspire our Lotus to Shimmer and Sparkle with Vitality. We will come to know how we can truly Rise out of our own muddiness to be truly Aware, Awake and IN LOVE!
