Gravity Surfing

In honor of the "lift off" of our expanded space, the focus of this month at Flow this May is Jumpings.   Jumpings are a way to transitioning from pose to pose.  In classes, we will be playing with gravity defying poses and sequences -  jump - backs and jump throughs  aka, "gravity surfing".   Through this play - we will explore the relationship of movements to our bhandas "internal locks" as well as safe alignment (jumps that don't jolt the body) and of course the joy of it all!   All levels will enjoy and we guarantee a smile!
