I'm new to Flow. How do I register for classes?
If it is your first time at Flow, you can take advantage of our "new to Flow" discount -- 2 classes for $20. You may purchase this using our online reservation system or in person! If you plan on doing it in person, please arrive at Flow 20 minutes prior to your desired class start time in order to check in at the front desk, purchase your pass, and to get familiar with Flow. After your initial visit and 2 classes for $20 purchase, we recommend purchasing your passes using our online reservation system - and save 5% off in studio rates! Please remember if you reserve your class online, our online system allows you to cancel your reservation (sorry no phone cancels) up to 1/2 before the class is scheduled to begin or your pass will be charged. If you have an unlimited pass, and make a reservation, we ask as a courtesy that you still cancel any class you have reserved to make space for others in our online reservation system!
Before coming to Flow for the first time, we also recommend that new students refer to Studio and Class Tips to find out what to bring, what to wear and to get better acquainted with our center.
Do I need to make an online reservation for class?
We recommend making a reservation but it is possilbe to drop in too! If you choose to drop in, we recommend getting to the studio at least 20 mintues before your class is scheduled to ensure a space.
You may chose to make a reservation using the online reservation system, which will allow you to reserve your space in class, pay in advance, and check out who is teaching. In addition, many of the class passes available online are discount 5% less then the passes in the studio. This is a convenient option and will save time and money when you arrive at Flow ready for class.

What if I want to make an online reservation but it says the class is full?
If the reservation system is full, no worries, we always leave spaces available in each class for drop ins! Please arrive 20 minutes early to ensure a space.
What if I made an online reservation but want to cancel it?
You are responsible for cancelling your reservation using the online reservation system up to 30 minutes before class or your pass will be charged.
If you have an unlimited pass and reserve - please help us out by canceling if you plan on NOT attending!
How do I purchase class passes and/or gift certificates?
All Class Passes and Gift Certificates may be purchased in the studio or online. Please arrive 15 minutes early if you plan on purchasing a class or a mat before your scheduled class. All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Online reservations through our webscheduler are suggested but NOT required -- half the spaces in each class is always open for drop-ins. Drop-ins, please arrive 15 minutes before class to secure your space in class.
Please also check in at the front desk before entering the studio for class even if you reserved your space online through the webscheduler.
Online reservations and cancellations through webscheduler can be made up to 30 minutes before a class is scheduled to begin. Please note, we do not take any phone reservations or cancellations, this must be done in person or online. Webscheduler users: if you see a class posted with no sign up link, it doesn't mean the class is full — just that the 30 minute sign-up period has passed.
Class Passes Expirations
I purchased a class pass and my 3 months has expired and I still have some remaining classes on the pass. Do I loose the classes? The reduced class prices available through the purchase of class passes reward frequent attendees of the studio. If your pass has expired and there are remaining classes on the pass, we will gladly "roll over" any unused classes from the expired passes onto a new class pass.
Private Sessions
What are your private sessions policies?
To reserve your private session, simply call our reception and we will coordinate it for you! Pre-payment at time of booking is necessary to confirm your reservation. Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to scheduled session will receive full Flow credit. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session will be charged in full.
Workshops and Special Events
What is your event/workshop cancellation policy?
Workshop Cancellation Policy: 48 Hours before the event: If you register for a workshop but are unable to attend please let us know at least 48 hours before the workshop is scheduled to begin. We will issue a refund, minus a $5 fee, to your Flow Yoga Center account and can be used toward any Flow purchase.
If we receive your cancellation less than 48 before the event, we cannot issue a refund; however, if we are able to fill your space with someone from a waiting list we will give you a Flow account credit (minus the $5 transaction fee) toward any future Flow purchase.
I cannot attend an event that I signed up for. Can I give my "reservation" to a friend?
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Does Flow ever cancel events?
Flow Events and Workshops are occasionally canceled if there is not enough interest. If your event is canceled you will be notified via email/phone and will receive a full refund.
CLASS SERIES
I signed up for a Class Series that has not yet started but can't make it. Can I get a credit?
You will receive a full refund minus a $5 service charge if we can find someone to take your place! If we cannot find someone to take your place, we will credit the amount paid towards another Flow Class, Workshop or Retail item, minus a $5.00 service charge.
I signed up for a Class Series that has already started but can no longer attend. What are my options?
You may, with permission from management, transfer your "remaining" classes towards another Flow class/series. All classes must be used within 1 month of the original series start date - no exceptions!
