I'm new to Flow. How do I register for classes?
If it is your first time at Flow, you can take advantage of our "new to Flow" discount -- 2 classes for $20. You may purchase this using our online reservation system or in person! If you plan on doing it in person, please arrive at Flow at least 20 minutes prior to your desired class start time in order to check in at the front desk, purchase your pass, and to get your bearings at Flow. After your initial visit and 2 classes for $20 purchase, we recommend purchasing your passes using our online reservation system - which will allow you to save 5% off of studio rates!
Please remember if you make a class reservation that you can't keep, you need to cancel (online or by phone) at least 30 minutes before the class start time or your pass will be charged. If you have an unlimited pass, and make a reservation, we ask as a courtesy that you still cancel any class you have reserved to make space for others using our online reservation system!

Do I need to make an online reservation for class?
We recommend making a reservation but it is possilbe to drop in too! If you choose to drop in, we recommend getting to the studio 30 mintues before your class is scheduled to ensure a space.
You may choose to make a reservation using the online reservation system, which will allow you to reserve your space in class, pay in advance, and check out who is teaching. In addition, many of the class passes available online are discount 5% less then the passes in the studio. This is a convenient option and will save time and money when you arrive at Flow ready for class.

What if I want to make an online reservation but it says the class is full?
If the reservation system is full, no worries, we always leave spaces available in each class for drop ins! Please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure a space.
How can I cancel a class reservation?
To avoid charges for a reservation that you can’t keep, you must cancel at least 30 minutes before the class start time. You can cancel in one of two ways:
- CANCEL ONLINE: The most convenient way for many, and the least taxing on our staff, is to cancel online. Just login to our online reservation system, click “My Schedule”, then click “Cancel” for any reserved classes you can’t make.
- CANCEL BY PHONE: If you’re in a pinch, running late, and can’t cancel online, you can cancel over the phone by calling (202) 462-3569. (If we don’t answer the phone, just leave a message with your name and the time of the class reservation you need to cancel.)
How do I purchase class passes and/or gift certificates?
All Class Passes and Gift Certificates may be purchased in the studio or online. Most purchases made online receive a 5% discount. If you plan on purchasing a class pass in the studio before your scheduled class, please arrive at least 20 minutes before the class you want to take.
Class Pass Expirations & Rollovers
I purchased a class pass and passed the 3-month expiration date, but I still have remaining classes on my pass -- do I lose those classes? No! ;) If your pass expires and you have classes remaining on the pass, we'll gladly "roll over" up to 10 unused and expired classes onto any new pass of 3 or more classes that you purchase.
What are your private session policies?
To reserve a private session, simply call the studio and we'll coordinate it for you! Pre-payment at time of booking is necessary to confirm your reservation. Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to scheduled session will receive full Flow credit. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session will be charged in full.
What is your event/workshop cancellation policy?
Workshop Cancellation Policy: 48 Hours before the event: If you register for a workshop but are unable to attend please let us know at least 48 hours before the workshop is scheduled to begin. We will issue a credit to your Flow Yoga Center account (minus a $5 transaction fee) and this credit can be used toward any Flow purchase.
If we receive your cancellation less than 48 before the event, we cannot issue a refund; however, if we are able to fill your space with someone from a waiting list we will give you a Flow account credit (minus the $5 transaction fee) toward any future Flow purchase.
I can't attend an event that I signed up for. Can I give my "reservation" to a friend?
Unfortunately, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Does Flow ever cancel events?
Flow Events and Workshops are occasionally canceled if there's insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If your event is canceled, you will be notified via email/phone and will receive a full refund.
