By Bike: There are plenty of bike racks located outside of the studio.

By Metro: Flow is conveniently located within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of both the Dupont Metro (Red Line) and the U Street-Cardozo (Green/Yellow Line).

By Bus: For various bus routes - visit http://wmata.com/ and plan your visit.

Parking: Street parking is available, give your self at least 15 minutes to patiently find a spot! There is also paid parking available by Colonial Parking located on 1616 P Street just 1.5 blocks from Flow.
