DC Yoga Week at Flow 2014 - April 28 - May 3rd!
DC Yoga Week is Monday, April 28 - Sat May 3 and Flow is participating! We are excited to offer you FREE and/or $5 yoga classes all week long..... plus the areas largest yoga class Yoga on the Mall” on Sat, May 3. We are excited that some of Flow's teachers will join the class on stage!
Yoga on the Mall - Saturday May 3rd at 10:00am. Please let us know if you are joining us on the mall by registering here!
How to attend Flow's DC Yoga Week Classes
Below you will find a listing of our DC Yoga Week offerings. To learn more about specific class styles and your teacher - we encourage you to peruse our online class schedule and descriptions. to make sure the class is a great fit for your preferred level and styles!
If you're dropping into class, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled class to increase your chances of getting an available drop-in spot! If you’re an existing pass-holder, feel free to pre-reserve a spot in any class with your current pass.

Our Yoga Week Offerings:
Monday, April 28: vinyasa flow 1.5 at 7am with clare kelley (free)
Tuesday, April 29: 10:30am vinyasa flow 1.5 with sam breschi ($5);
and candlelight flow with catherine zack at 9:15pm ($5)
Wednesday, April 30: 4pm vinyasa flow 1.5 with mimi rieger ($5);
and power pilates at 8:20pm with sarah hippert ($5)
Thursday, 12:15pm flow barre with megna paula ($5);
and 7:45pm blossoming teacher community class (by donation)
Friday, May 2: 7:45pm - harmony restorative yoga with corinna loomis ($5)
Saturday, May 3: Yoga on the National Mall (FREE!) and 12:30pm vinyasa flow 1 wtih brittanie dechino ($5)
I can't make it to Flow in person during DC Yoga Week - what are my other options?
If you can't make it to a class during DC Yoga Week? No worries, you can join us virtually on Facebook all week long. We'll be giving away free classes, free workshops, and $5 class passes that can be used in the future!
