Welcome to DC Yoga Week at Flow Yoga Center! We offer over 80 classes each week catering to all levels of practice and look forward to having you visit our studio and try out our classes.

Can't make it to a class? No worries, you can join us on Facebook all week long for free and $5 class passes and workshop giveaways!

Schedule of Classes at Flow

If you're dropping into class, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled class to increase your chances of getting an available drop-in spot! If you’re an existing pass-holder, feel free to pre-reserve a spot in any class with your current pass. You'll be eligible for a free or $5 class coupon at time of check-in if you'd like!
